Solent House, on the junction of Bugle Street & Town Quay. Has laid empty for a number of years, as evidenced by the peeling paint and weeds.  Was a recent news story that someone wishes to turn it into a boutique hotel, which would be a good use of a grand looking building that desperately needs some TLC – 1 March 2018
